Vic 17 Posted March 22, 2012 Trek Nation, Rod Roddenberry‘s “journey to discover his father and the creation that helped define science fiction,” has been nominated for a Saturn Award. The Saturn Awards, founded in 1972, are presented each year by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films and honors science fiction, fantasy, and horror in film, television, and home video. Trek Nation was nominated for the Best Presentation On Television: (10 Episodes Or Less) award. It will go up against Camelot, Falling Skies, Game of Thrones, Torchwood: Miracle Day, and The Walking Dead. The 38th Annual Saturn Awards will take place Wednesday, June 20, in Burbank, California.
