Encounter at Farpoint, The Last Outpost, A Matter of Honor, Peak Performance, & The Outrageous Okona [& . . . .?]

 

 

 

Ensign_Beedrill figured out the most. He figured out four and one of those four I did not think of. As far as I know and with the addition of Beedrill’s answer there are only 5 times.

 

Ensign_Beedrill will be the only one to receive 5 points.

 

 

If anyone thinks up one that is not listed here then please send in it in and you'll get 5 points. (So I will keep this question open for now)
